To export your search results, you can use one of the export buttons between the search bar and the search results. The following export formats are available: .csv, .xlsx, .txt and .json-ld.
If you only want to export some of these results, you first need to create a set of the results you need. You can do so with the disk icon that is on the same row as the export options. For more information on saving records and exporting sets, see https://icandid.helpdocs.com/results/creating-a-set.

After clicking one of the options, a pop-up will appear informing you that the export is being prepared and will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your account. It may take more before this e-mail to arrive in your inbox depending on the size of your export. This takes a few minutes on average.

The e-mail contains a download link which will prompt the download of a .zip file with the file you requested and a readme file containing the query you performed on iCANDID.
The .csv, .xlsx, and .json-ld exports contain all the metadata of your exported records. The .txt export contains only the text of your records.
