At the top right of the results list you have the option to save your records by clicking 'Save record(s) to a collection' (
). When clicking this without selecting individual records, all search results are saved all search results are saved with this action.

You can also save single records by using the toggle box on the right of each result line before clicking 'Save record(s) to a collection'.

After clicking 'Save record(s) to a collection' a pop-up window opens. There you can enter a name you wish to assign to the set or you can double-click the field to get a list of the names of the sets you already have.

You can consult the saved records at the top right by clicking on 'Saved records' under 'Profile'.

Click on the set title to see the saved records in the set. Click on the record title to see the record details.
You can delete the entire set by clicking the bin on the right of the set title or you can delete an individual record from the set by clicking on the bin on the right of the record title.
You can export the saved records into the available export formats.

When clicking the export format of choice, all records in the selected set are exported. You will receive an email notification when the export is ready for collection.
