Are you planning a research project that involves
large-scale data collection or processing? iCANDID can support principal
investigators, post-doc researchers or PhD students through tailored services.
There are two main ways to include iCANDID in your grant proposal:
1. Tailored service offer
Based on your research needs, we
can provide a tailored service offer ranging from data aggregation and
normalization to AI-powered processing. In most funding schemes (e.g., FWO,
BOF, ERC), these services can be budgeted as data management costs.
2. iCANDID in Horizon Europe projects
For Horizon Europe projects,
iCANDID can only be included when KU Leuven acts as PI or is included as partner
in the consortium. In such cases, iCANDID’s expertise and infrastructure can be
fully integrated into the project workflow. Our contribution is then budgeted
within the KU Leuven work package, as data management and personnel costs.
